[ASKME.AI.KR] complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related regulations, and has established the following privacy policy to protect users’ personal data. This is a non-membership chatbot service, and we restrict users from voluntarily entering personal information.

Providing information related to housing and visas through the AI chatbot
Improving answer quality and analyzing errors
(Optional) Temporary processing of personal information included in user questions for Claude API-based responses

Items of Personal Information Processed

We do not collect personal information directly. However, the following information may be temporarily processed only in limited cases:

We do not provide personal information to third parties. However, questions may be sent to Claude API (Anthropic) to generate AI responses.
